Assistant Centre Manager

SUMMARY:
Busy Umlazi based shopping centre seeks hands on, second-in-charge to the Centre Manager with facilities or shopping management experience to oversee smooth running of centre. Own car and drivers licence essential.

POSITION INFO:

Supervise and instruct staff and service providers including security, cleaning and maintenance contractors. Liaise with tenants and prospective tenants on all operational aspects of the centre.

Collaborate with marketing and media agencies in developing marketing and promotional initiatives.

Assist with planning and implementing preventative and on-going building maintenance.
