SUMMARY:
Assistant Call Centre Team Leader - PTA East

POSITION INFO:

Assistant Call Center Team Leader

Assisting in ensuring staff adherence to collections policy and company procedures
Evaluate the success rate of the previous day’s dialler campaign, together with the Team Leader plan and load the campaign/s for the day
Execute dialler strategies
Execute client communications strategies
Pull and create reports as required by management, meet deadlines
Report team and system challenges to the Team Leader and manager
Resolve queries from team and clients
Consolidated monthly, weekly, daily, reports as required by management
Monitor notes and work processes
Ensure monthly deadlines are met
Weekly reporting to direct line manager
Provide leadership, feedback, guidance, support and coaching of staff where needed
Assist in Reviewing and monitoring work activities and evaluate performance of collections books

Qualifications

Matric/Grade 12 (Certificate required)
MicroSoft Excel (intermediate / advanced)
Credit Management certificate will be beneficial but not crucial

Can be an Attorney – will be beneficial

At least two to three years’ experience

AJS or Excalibur systems essential!! (Do not apply if you have not worked on one of these software systems)

Salary is market related (R10 000 – R15 000) negotiable
