POSITION INFO:

One of our clients based in Ottery, is looking for an Entry level Assistant Bookkeeper/ Financial administrator to join their young vibey team.

Requirements:

Resides in the southern suburbs will be a plus
Matric
Experiences 1-2 Years or relevant qualifications ( Financial Management Diploma)
Xero accounting system will be a plus
Eager to work
Passionate about working with numbers
Team player

Responsibilities

Day to day administration and maintenance of financial records for the finance department, such as: a range of debtors & creditors activities; raising sales team invoices and purchase orders; reconciling petty cash; updating credit applications and reports; collating and calculating sales team commission; and the undertaking of a range of financial reporting and administrative tasks.

Salary R8K + cell phone allowance
