Our Client in Centurion is looking for a Assistant Bookkeeper to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Responsibilities

Capture & Reconcile Cashbook Entries
Capture payments (creditors) on banking facility once a month, and ad hoc payments on a day to day basis
Assist with monthly journal entries
Assist with reconciliations
Data capturing
Assist with creditors - apply & reconcile
Assist with debtors – invoicing
Liaise with warehouse & technical staff on returned goods
Assist with Stock (goods receipt)

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of Sage 300,
Decent knowledge of financial services
Math skill and clerical work
Good strong computer skills
Strong Understanding of widely accepted recordkeeping and spreadsheet programs
Close attention to detail
Good people skills
