JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Person:

B.Com Degree/CIS/CCA or similar
Two years' experience in a similar role
Some supervisory experience an advantage
Team player
Confident
Hardworking
Attention to detail
Enthusiastic
Accurate

The Job:

Reporting to the Senior Accountant
Manage creditors, debtors, cashbook and fixed assets
Capture accurate financial information into the income and balance sheet, timeously
Maintain the fixed assets register and process monthly depreciation
Investigate variances
Ensure strict compliance with all policies and procedures
Submission of statutory returns by deadline
Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately
Build a team of competent clerks
