SUMMARY:
Have you got strong accounting skills up to Trial Balance, but have a passion for Administration as well? This role is seeking an experienced Assistant accountant with exposure to financial administration and the ability to deal with large volumes. The ideal person will be a great communicator, highly organized and add long term value to the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Head office accounting

Accounting up to Trial Balance

Reconciliations (credit card recons, bank recons, balance sheet recons)

Invoice capturing and basic transactional accounting

Ad hoc filing and other administrative tasks

Banking administration including:

Online account administration

Credit card applications

Up to date records on accounts, access, changes

Vehicle asset financing

Follow up on requests

Have worked with BEE trusts

Insurance administration

BEE administration and calculations

Banking administration

Vehicle asset financing

Skills & Experience:

Strong Excel Skills

Experience on Accpac will be beneficial

Strong organizational skills are non-negotiable

Strong Interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to speak and understand Afrikaans

Qualification:

Matric

BCom or Diploma in Finance
