Job description:

  • Processing of customer purchase orders on Pastel
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Follow up on outstanding debtors
  • Creating new accounts and administration of CGIC on new customer accounts
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Reconciling supplier accounts and supply remittances and recons
  • Loading supplier payments to online banking
  • Drafting payment requisition for supplier payments
