A global and well-established marketing agency seeks an innovative, driven and hands-on Accountant to join their team based in Johannesburg North.

In this role, your main responsibility will be to take ownership of the financial department by managing daily finance functions. You will report to the Financial Director and act as right hand and second in charge.

The role will entail the full finance function and the client seeks an experienced Accountant who wants to get hands-on, add vaue in their role, as well assist in all aspects of finance operations.

Candidates who think of themselves as driven, meticulous on attention to detail and consencious in follow ups and feedback are invited to apply for this opportunity.

Education:

BCom in Accounting or equivalent

Skills & Experience:

Completed SAICA / SAIPA articles is a non-negotiable

2 to 3 years'' experience in a Financial Accountant role post-articles is a non-negotiable

Africa / foreign exposure is a non-negotiable

MS Dynamics experience will be highly beneficial

Advanced MS Excel skills

Sound knowledge and understanding of related financial legislation and processes

Financial acumen

Strong personality

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Team player
