We have Assistant Accountant opportunity within our Midrand office.

POSITION INFO:

Qualification and Experience:

Duties:

Process and reconcile employee creditors
Process and reconcile employee expenses (re-imbursements claims, salary advance payments , travel advance payments)
Process payroll

Payroll – Must have payroll experience using SageVIP and an understanding of Payroll, statutory taxes, EMP501,EMP201

System Administration – Must have experience with being a system administrator. We are using Unit4Business World system (UBW). Open and close Project codes, correction of workflows, open suppliers and customers, rate changes. We have support from SIS Global, a service provider, the incumbent will liaise directly with SIS global for any assistance. He /she will liaise with colleagues for all other system queries.
