To conduct asset Verification at the company.

POSITION INFO:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Asset Verification

Inspect all goods receive, make note of any damaged and discrepancies and ensure the good delivered match the order
Record fixed assets acquisition and disposals
Ensure maintenance and verification of all company assets
Process stores accounts.
Assign barcode to all fixed assets purchased and invoices
Locate newly purchased assets on the floor to determine the barcode number of the assets and allocate to the current year additions
Conduct assets verification of company assets, assets condition assessment – This is the main requirement

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education (Formal Qualification required)

Grade 12
Diploma in Assets Management or Auditing

Legal (E.g. Driver''s license, blasting certificate, etc.)

Driver''s license

Training (On the job training should the present incumbent leave)

Good knowledge and understanding of company intranet systems; trained on the job in your company’s procedures; Diploma in Business and Administrative Management; Advance Training in Microsoft Systems;

Experience (Minimum Experience required - type and number of years)

Assets Management - 1 Year(s)
