To ensure the management of Medical Aid Schemes and Insurance Claims Management Process. To manage clients expectation and deliverables. To have a resource to provide technical assistance to staff in order to initiate billing to all
appropriate clients. To be up to date on regulations and implements changes regarding claims and billing requirements. To assess claims according to CPG guidelines.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

To ensure the management of Medical Aid Schemes and Insurance Claims Management Process.
To manage clients expectation and deliverables.
To have a resource to provide technical assistance to staff in order to initiate billing to all appropriate clients.
To be up to date on regulations and implements changes regarding claims and billing requirements.
To assess claims according to CPG guidelines.

Qualifications/attributes/ competencies and experience

Matric (Essential)
Medical Qualification- Advance Life Support (Essential)
FAIS compliant (Essential)
3 years’ experience in managing a team
Experience in the insurance sector will be beneficial
Regulatory Exam will be advantageous
Medical Aid Schemes Experience, leadership experience (Advantage)
Proven competence in the relevant field of compliance, quality assessments / assurance
