Overview:
Our client is looking for experienced Artisan’s for a short-term contract focused on the mechanical relocation of machinery. Candidates must be self-sufficient and have their own tools.
Requirements:
- Trade-tested Fitter / Millwright / Electrician
- 5+ years' hands-on experience in a relevant sector(manufacturing, industrial)
- Own hand and power tools (essential)
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
- Strong understanding of health & safety on-site
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Safe disconnection, preparation, and relocation of machinery and mechanical equipment
- Re-installation and alignment of machinery at new locations
- Basic commissioning checks post-installation
- Adherence to site safety protocols (PPE, lockout/tagout)
- Additional and related issues
