Artisan Electrician @R270 per hour - AUTOMOTIVE FILLING EQUIPMENT BACKGROUND IMPORTANT

SUMMARY:
One of the top automotive OEM is looking for a qualified Electrician in the TCF Maintenance department. Responsibilities will cover total maintenance of all manufacturing and plant equipment, fault finding of electrical and PLC controlled circuits and the modifications thereof.

POSITION INFO:

• Cover total maintenance of all manufacturing and plant equipment
• Fault finding of electrical and PLC controlled circuits
• • Fault finding and repair of production equipment in TCF
  • Perform any electrical maintenance and installation on TCF equipment.
  • Quick response to breakdowns.
  • Adhere to safety requirements.
  • Responsible for the equipment start up, well-being and uptime.
  • Carry out FPS requirements on shop floor level, housekeeping and equipment cleaning.
  • Ensure that all equipment is maintained and operated properly and safely.
  • Continuous improvement techniques.
  • G8D completion on breakdown exceeding 10min.
  • CCMD completion for breakdowns
