POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Degree in management, business administration and/or
• marketing.
• Working knowledge of MS EXCEL at intermediate level
• 3 to 5 years'''''''' experience in a marketing and sales management function with a track record of achieving sales targets through remote teams.
• Valid code EB Drivers licence
• The position requires the incumbent to travel between branches and as such the possession or access to own reliable transport is a pre-requisite.

• Management and supervisory skills
• Active listening skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing 

Duties include the following, but not limited to:

• Analyse sales data to assist with sales and profit forecasting
• Track competitor activity in the area
• Identify and develop business opportunities outside of existing revenue streams
• Develop, implement and manage area marketing objectives
• Coordinate sales team promotional activities across the area
• Drive the achievement of sales targets (sales volumes) by effectively managing, coaching and developing the area sales team.
• Organise and direct the area team towards the achievement of its targets and together with the area team identify goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Monitor and evaluate individual performance and provide regular feedback.
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic business partners

Salary: Market Related
