SUMMARY:

A renowned retailer who thrives on providing a seamless customer experience, are seeking to employ an Area Operations Manager to be based in the Eastern Cape area (Port Elizabeth)

POSITION INFO:

The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years'' multiple store management experience and be able and willing to travel across stores to exceed required KPI''s and sales objectives through innovation and passion for retail

Duties (will include but not limited to):

Lead a team of store leaders towards attaining goals.

Attention to financial performance in order to ensure that stores are profitable and stay within budget

Responsible for all store recruitment and timeous filling of vacancies

The ability to lead in a highly pressurized, rapidly growing environment
