SUMMARY:
AREA MANAGER – RETAIL – CPT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

3-4 Years experience as an Area Manger within the Retail Apparel / Workwear industry
Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Business Management / Any
Must have business, marketing and sales acumen with excellent Communication skills
Have the ability to motivate and train staff
Have the ability to set realistic goals and identify target areas for growth
Have the ability to make decisions and a sense of responsibility
Keep the stores fully stocked and ensure that they are operating at an optimum level
Have the ability to work under pressure, multi-task and roll-up your sleeves
Be confident, driven and enthusiastic
Must has own transport and valid drivers license
