Area Manager - Cleaning

PURPOSEOF JOB 

To be responsible for all profitable and professional Cleaning Services in specific geographical area and to ensure client satisfaction/ business retention whilst upholding the Company policies and procedures. (For the Cleaning Contracts in your geographical area).

Minimum requirements:

1.   A valid code 8 driver’s license, held for a minimum of 2 years.
2.   Proficient in English
3.   Excellent communication skills
4.   Credit Worthy
5.   Computer literate
6.   5 Years Managerial experience

Responsibilities:

1. To be responsible for a profitable and professional cleaning environment
2. Maintain high operational standards
3. Controlling all assets and equipment entrusted to the position
4. Enforcing company policies and procedures to an extreme level
5. Professional client contact and problem solving skills
6. Training and evaluation of staff
7. Time keeping and  recording of time sheets
8. Ensuring staff turn not exceeding 2
9. Communicating at directors level
10. Safety, complying with all regulations of the OHSA
11. Managing debtors
12. Take initiative
13. Portraying a participative management style                                                                                                                                                    All candidates must be able to work long flexible hours and shifts and reside within the immediate Port Elizabeth geographical area. Candidates must we willing to travel.
