SUMMARY:
A national retail company is recruiting for a qualified and suitably experienced Area Manage. You will be based in East London but will be dealing with varies branches. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel and be in possession of a valid drivers license.

Matric
Post Matric qualification is advantageous

Key performance areas:

The Area Manager is responsible for all operations in his/her business unit.
The Area Manager assists the Operations Manager to make careful considerations of all aspects in the business unit before making a business decision.
The Area Manager is responsible (with the Operations Manager) for business unit goals, decisions, plans, implementation and evaluation of performance.

Personal characteristics of role:

Ability to work under pressure
Ability to use own initiative
Good attention to detail
Good communication Skills
A proven ability to manage staff and ensure maximum
productivity
Valid Driver’s License – Code 8 unendorsed
Computer literate: Microsoft Office
