Area Manager

POSITION INFO:

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement business opportunities to gain market share
• Deliver and manage turnover targets for the area
• Deliver and manage internal processes, procedures and compliance for the area and per store
• Identify, escalate and deliver continuous business process improvement that improves operational execution and manages risk
• Monitor area performance, identify and analyse trends, report on business performance and ensure appropriate actions are taken
• Implement. deliver and monitor customer service initiatives Represent the brand in dealings with landlords, suppliers and potential
• Franchisees Support and deliver the regions retention strategy to sustain staffing needs of the business
• Deliver adherence to HR policies and procedures that aligns with the corporate goverance

Minimum Requirements:

• Bcom Degree or Diploma  (retail/ finance management)
• Min 5 year operational experience within a multi site environment
• People management
• Leadership experience with junior employees
• Financial management experience
• Willingness to travel
