Arcade Technician

Duties:

• Must be able to work independently and work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Should be able to troubleshoot on both electronic and mechanical components.
• Be able to repair both minor and major faults.
• Monitors functionality of all Arcade machines and equipment ensuring minimal machine downtime is achieved
• Ensure that tools are kept in a neat and clean condition
• Conducts checks on all Arcade machines and equipment
• Monitors stock levels of machine spares, technical equipment and consumables ensuring orders placed before stock is depleted

 

• Be physically fit and have no health issues as you will be required to move machines from time to time.
• Be willing to work overtime and weekends when required
• Have good telephone etiquette
• Maintains communication with all departments
• Have basic safety knowledge.
• Be able to travel locally and nationally when required.
• Be a fast learner and adapt easily to new challenges.
• Provides technical assistance to customers and staff
• Comply with all Company and Departmental policies and procedures.
• Ensures that work area is always kept in a neat and clean condition

Requirements:
Education
NQF Level 4 (standard 10) or equivalent
Minimum N4 electronics (Preferred)
 
Training
Applicable Supervisory Course in technical field (Preferred)
Knowledge of the entertainment industry (Preferred)
