SUMMARY:
Our client a giant in the management of the Company GroupÃ¢Â€Â™s market, credit and liquidity risks, as well as the management of its shareholder investment exposures, is recruiting for an Application Manager. The role would include interfacing with the Front, Middle and Back Office in order to assist in resolving any outages. The company is based in Melrose Arch.

POSITION INFO:

The role reports to the Chief Information Officer

Qualifications:

BSc or BCom Informatics Degree

Experience: 5 - 8 years’ experience in a Financial/Insurance organization

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of financial instruments (financial markets, derivatives, liquidity, investment banking, and asset management)
Implementation of Automation Strategies
Agile and DevOps Principles and Practices
Implementation of a Testing Strategy
The ability to read Java would be an advantage (not required)

NB: Candidates that do not hold a completed degree in BSc or BCom Informatics will not be considered. Applicants without experience or knowledge of working in financial instruments (financial markets, derivatives, liquidity, investment banking, and asset management) environment will not be considered.
