SUMMARY:
Internal Sales, into to become Application Engineer

POSITION INFO:

Centurion

This position is available as the lead up towards the application engineering position. The internal sales position will be the introduction to the company that will set you up for a seamless transition into application engineering.

Key Competencies & requirements:

• B.Eng / BSc. Eng Mechanical/Metallurgy/Process Engineer
• Established proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Availability to work extended hours as per operational requirements
• Passionate about getting things done right, first time & every time
• Ability to work efficiently, on own or as part of a team, in a highly
  pressurised environment
• Excellent sense of urgency, sound business and financial acumen

Key Functions of Role, but not limited to:
• Assist Sales team in managing client orders by generating quotations, sales
  orders, invoicing, creating job cards, attending to emails and correspondence • Follow-up on all outstanding work daily and advise salesperson accordingly
• Ensure all administrative tasks, are completed within the prescribed time
   frames
• Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s
   objectives
• Assisting and resolving all customer and sales reps’ queries
• Communicating internally important feedback from customers and sales
   reps
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
   (Internal and External Customers)
• Help with other activities as and when required
• Always Protect the integrity of the company
• Accurately and efficiently deal with sales administrative tasks.
• Effective area sales administrative functions management.
