SUMMARY:
An established organisation in the car rental industry is seeking a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join their dynamic team.

Duties:

Analyse business processes and related data to interpret and document clear business requirements.
Develop analytical and financial models that support executive decision-making, planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Deliver accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports through various digital channels.
Lead projects independently, including communication, documentation, and testing.
Present insights, models, and outputs to senior executives and business forums.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data in all models and reports.
Provide data-driven storytelling and insights that guide strategic decisions and enhance profitability.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Matric (Garde 12)
BSc Information Systems, BCom Business, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ business analysis experience and at least 2 years in project management.
Intermediate Excel modelling (including VBA coding) and Visio
Basic SQL and Power BI proficiency

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Business analysis expertise and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
