Analyst - JHB

POSITION INFO:

analytical, work well with data and be able to process high-volume reporting, work diligently under pressure and be comfortable working with a high degree of detail.

Report building Skills include:

• Volume reports
• Financial reports
• New campaign tracking
• Volume management

Administration duties:

• Chatting to and following up with affiliates
• Flag any issues with volumes to product owner
• Profit management
• Flag any issues with profitability to product owner
• Compiling disposition reports
• New campaign documentation.
• Initial integration set up – create a keyword, test keyword, update CPL, update target
• Update checklist
• Confirmation of CPLs (Cost per Lead) and calculations – updating CPL sheet – making CPL’s are correct
• General Complaint management

General technical implementation:             

• Setting up keywords
• Recycled SMS
• Setting up log ins
• Caps and redirects             
• Looking into failed leads
• Capturing affiliate targets
• Ensure targets have been updated by Account Manger

Adhoc duties

• Following up on approval on marketing content
• Ensuring Account Managers have filled in necessary information on systems (capturing targets)
