Analyst (Finance Department) (EE)

SUMMARY:
Financial Shared Services Centre based in Edenvale, has an opening for an Analyst (Data) (EE) to join their team. Provide analysis for the continuous improvement of service and management activities; prepare statistics for monthly SLA and SOP reports.

POSITION INFO:

Position requires a person with a completed B.Com in Analytics / equivalent (Accounting), with 2-3 years experience in Data Analytics.  Knowledge of financial policies, procedures and processes as well as project management skills and SAP (B1 / R3 or EPM) essential.  KPI''s include: assist with the formulation and set-up of SLA''s and SOP''s for service delivery; maintain SLA''s and SOP''s; prepare statistical reports on compliance with SLA''s and SOP''s; assist with addressing SLA and SOP issues; assist with the design of governance structures to address service delivery issues; maintain and document process maps and architecture; prepare reports for the tracking and monitoring of processes (AR, AP, General Accounting etc.) against process KPI''s; continuously analyse processes and assist with the development / enhancement of new process in alignment with legislative requirements, business requirements or from an efficiency or effectiveness perspective; schedule and co-ordinate training of stakeholders on newly designed / changed processes / systems (ie. AR, AP, General Accounting etc.) in collaboration with Services and Continuous Improvement Manager and Process Owners; provide support in implementing improvement initiatives, including project scoping, stakeholder identification, change management and communication; report on the implementation  of the improvement solutions to the FSSC Manager; investigate automation / enhancement opportunities opportunities by maintaining awereness of new and emerging technologies, methodologies and strategic decision.
