All-Rounder : Reservations / Reception / FOH

POSITION INFO:

One of our impressive lodges is looking to place an  All-rounder: Reservation / F & B & FOH to be 1st line of contact for their guests. We are looking for your expertize, experience and skill to supervise & manage FOH. Are you the one to fill this opportune position…?

Duties:

To manager FOH / Reception / Reservation

• Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Welcome guests
• Manage incoming calls
• Perform reservation requests
• Respond to all guest questions and requests.
• Manage guest bookings and reservations.
• Keep a tidy and orderly workspace.
• Verify customer information and payment options,
• Determining rooms available
• Assign rooms and respond to customers with confirmation emails or letters.
• Accept payments
• Check guests out.
• Administration
•  

Must have

• Min 1- 2 yrs exp in Reservation & / FOH
• Min 1 -2 yrs exp in Reception
• Previous exposure to a Lodge / Hotel environment
• Pref a tertiary education in related field

Qualification

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer programs.

Must have previous exp in hospitality Reservations / FOH / Reception
