Airfreight Exports Controller

SUMMARY:
Leading Freight Forwarding company based in Gauteng is urgently looking for an Airfreight Export Controller to join their fast paced team

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Experience:

• Liaising with internal and external suppliers ie airlines, ground handlers, transporters, agents and International offices
• Registration of Export shipments
• Updating clients with pre alert documents and status on shipments
• Complying with all procedures and policies                                              
• Adhering to Invoicing deadlines
• General Office administration
• Attention to detail
• Dealing with Client and Airline queries
• Resolving invoicing and Overseas Offices queries / discrepancies
• Comply with all Export regulations

Qualifications:

Matric

Dangerous Goods certification (cat 6) – advantageous
