• Profile, Experience & Qualifications
• The person must have a good knowledge of AHU’s, VRV’s, VRF, Duct work, Ventilation equipment, Chillers, Split and package units, Inverter units and a good understanding of electronics and electricity.
• An understanding of BMS Systems
• Have good knowledge of the advancement of technology within the industry and be up to date on these advancements
• Have experience in the installation, servicing and maintenance support of air-conditioning systems.
• Good communication skills and be able to interact with the customers
• Qualification required – Technical Diploma in HVAC, HPAC or equivalent experience.
• Team player, leader and motivator
• Problem solving skills
• Computer literate

Job Description

• Commissioning & installation of A/C Equipment
• Provide onsite technical assistance to customer
• Provide onsite reactive / planned maintenance of A/C equipment and ensure that this is carried out in line with task schedules and industry standards.
• Repair and service all types of A/C systems
• Participate in inspection and site surveys to check installation plans are workable
• Planning of A/C equipment installations
• Producing quotations for repairs, installation and refurbishments of A/C equipment
• Organising work schedules and material supplies
• Inspecting and testing systems before certifying that they are ready to use.
• Detailed feedback and reporting on installations, site problems and work carried out.
• Provide training and support to clients and personnel
