Our client in the Agricultural (Citrus) industry is looking for an Agronomist/Plant Physiologist/Entomologist/Horticulturist to join their team in Limpopo/Mpumalanga area.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- BSc in Horticulture/Plant Sciences/Entomology or Agricultural related field is essential
- 5 years experience in agriculture, preferably with research and development
- Must be familiar with plant physiology research, microbiology and scientific methodology
- Must be a hands on person that has experience working in orchards
- Sound knowledge of citrus and subtropical fruit trees (knowledge of sugarcane) will be an advantage
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Must have own transport and valid driver's license
