SUMMARY:
Gauteng / Free State: - South Africa. This international company seeks young, sales driven individuals to join their team – sales inclination or experience in agriculture is essential

POSITION INFO:

First two provinces they are looking for is Gauteng and Free State

1. 1.    Agriculture
   1. The individuals must have some form of Agri background or love
   2. They need to understand the Farmer, The Manager, The end Client or Food Manufacturer.
   3. They need to have a basic understanding of the Agri Value Chain
   4. Agri Sales inclination essential
   5. 2.    Technology
      1. The individual must have a Technology inclination
      2. Thus, young vibrant individuals that is part of Generation Z will make great candidates
      3. Some form of IT or associated services, highly advantageous
      4. They need to have a basic systems or ERP understanding – but by no means an expert – we will train
      5. 3.    Sales
         1. Incentives in this role will be the majority of the Renumeration Package – basic salary with company vehicle/fuel also provided
         2. Sales inclination or experience essential
         3. The opportunity is massive
