JOB DESCRIPTION:

Agile Project Manager needed for an organization that specializes in Software Development Solutions. This organization has a hybrid working module and they are Randburg. They require a Project Manager who is initiative and has a good team spirit.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or related Degree.
PMP certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credentials, Project Management certification, Agile Certification or equivalent training.
3+ Years consulting or industry experience.
Active working experience in structuring and leading multiple disciplinary and numerous stakeholder meetings ranging from low level to high level meetings.
Working experience in synthesizing and communicating in a non-technical language.
Knowledge and understanding of the Fibre Network industry.
Understanding of tools like, Atlassian Jira and Confluence.

Job & Company Description:

Utilize skills by helping teams to improve on collaborating, removing impairments and working towards constant improvement and delivery.
Contribute toward building well-structured Agile practices.
Plan, coordinate, shape and keep track of projects of all sizes through implementation.
Guarantee the implementation of an Agile working framework for targeted teams within complex technical environment.
Keep track of each sprint team over time while providing input on how velocity can be enhanced and also track the velocity of each individual.
Manage the tempo of software releases as well as release notes, ensuring that they are done and communicated to all relevant parties.
Confirm that the trained backlog is up to date while continuously interacting with the stakeholder.
Partake in the implementation of an Agile and DevOps cultures and behaviours within the company.
