The Role
You will...
- be an advocate for all that is Agile, facilitating stand-ups, ceremonies, planning meeting retrospectives, whilst making sure that user stories are translated into actionable tasks.
- create clarity and predictability within your team through using various tools and metrics (story mapping, roadmaps, sprint plans, burn down charts, cycle times etc.)
- identity and manage impediments faced by the team through strong communication with the wider teams and stakeholders.
- courage the team to be self-organising whilst building a safe environment so that issues can be raised without fear of criticism or judgement, with a focus on the positives and problem solving.
We''re looking for a mix of the following:
- Experience in a Project Manager, Scrum Master, and/or Delivery role
- Strong decision making, prioritisation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Waterfall methods
- Experience using a variety of Agile Project Management methods
- Experience delivering products and/or services within a complex technology portfolio
