You''ll be joining one of the UK''s top digital retailers as they continue on their Agile journey. They''ve seen some incredible changes in the last couple of years. Think - modern tech and principles, cloud transformations, refining and defining what is really means to be Agile. You have the chance to be at the heart of, and help shape this journey.
You''ll be joining 5 other Agile Delivery Managers, overseeing the teams to make sure they work effectively and collaboratively whilst identifying and breaking down blockers. You''ll knowledge share, host coaching sessions, facilitate stand ups and ceremonies, and work with wider teams to further embed all that is Agile across the business.
Their portfolio is complex and incredibly interesting - it''s an everchanging landscape, no two days are ever the same!
You''ll strive to continuously improve ways of working and encourage the team to be self-organising whilst delivering products and services.
What are they looking for?Top of Form
Ideally, you''ll have experience in Agile Delivery- maybe you''ve done this before, we''d also love to hear from you if your background steers towards the Project Manager or Scrum Master side of things.
Job title aside, you''ll be confident delivering a set of technical products and/or services, with a strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Waterfall methods.
You''ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills- experience managing Stakeholders and being open to hearing other peoples opinions, as well as giving your own.
