Aftersales Consultant - Johannesburg North - Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well established premium brand dealership is looking for an experienced Vehicle Aftersales Consultant to join their team based in Johannesburg North, Gauteng.

Purpose of this vacancy:
To strive in providing customers with a professional service
experience whilst ensuring excellent communication between
customers, parts and service departments in achieving customer
satisfaction and financial goals

Minimum Job Requirements:

7+ years experience in a similar role
Motor dealership (retail) experience
Grade 12
Computer literate (Autoline or Kerridge)
Valid drivers license

Duties (included but not limited to):

Confirm Customer Details as correct
Determine Payment Method
Liaise with customer if any problem with Warranty/Motor plan arises
Prepare quotation for Motor plan contract where applicable
Pre-assess all bookings for the following day
Offer the customer a pre-assessment visit to confirm hard to diagnose problems
Follow up on parts ordered
Inform customer promptly of any delay
Create Repair order
Arrange booking reminders
Ensure that routes are planned and check availability of drivers for customer on day of service
Ensure that loan vehicles will be available and clean for customer
Accurate customer information
Outstanding parts orders
Unpaid invoices
Offer Customer option of a service reception at the vehicle or at the desk
Confirm Customer and Vehicle details

Salary: R22 000 - R27 000 Basic Salary (depending on experience) + Incentives
