After Sales Manager (Parts & Workshop)

Mossel Bay

R 15 000 + Standard Automotive Benefits (Salary will be reviewed after 3 – 6 months)

A reputable and well-established dealership based in Mossel Bay is currently looking for a self-motivated and driven After Sales Manager to join their thriving team. We are looking for a person who is passionate about the Motor Industry and Customer Service and who is looking to grow from strength to strength within the dealership.

Requirements

• Matric Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Fully Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Minimum of 3 years in the same or similar role within the Automotive Industry
• Previous Parts and Service experience
• Ability to achieve agreed Service and Parts KPIs and revenue targets.
• Ability to monitor and proactively control costs and debtor management
• Ability to control stock levels in accordance with budget.
• Excellent skills in organizing sales promotions to boost sales during peak user times
• Ability to proactively examine all major transactions weekly to determine ways to improve customer service.
• Ability to closely monitor and control overheads and stock values, reporting excesses to the Dealer Principal timeously together with solutions for addressing such matters.
• Ability to monitor and control parts purchasing activity.
• Ability to maximize benefits through discounts in accordance with company policy.
• Ability to effectively manage staff including performance, discipline, recruitment, and training.
• Excellent administration skills
