After-Sales Consultant - Centurion - Internet Service Provider

POSITION INFO:
An ISP / Internet Service Provider in Centurion, is looking to employ an After-Sales Consultant

Minimum requirements:

• Excellent communication skills / telephone / email etiquette
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in English
• Grade 12 Senior Certificate
• Able to work well with others as part of a team
• Fully Computer literate
• Customer service driven
• Attention to detail
• Previous ISP (Internet Service Provider) background would be highly beneficial
• Respond to incoming telephone and ticket system queries
• Assist active customers with wireless and fibre relocations, change of services and conversions
• Manage and assist resellers with new customer sign-ups
• Place orders with various fibre providers accurately and timeously
• Handle general office administration such as sending out contracts and quotations
• Interact with other departments to arrange for the resolution of technical issues and admin queries
• Answer telephone calls
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company
• Must be able to start immediately or as soon as possible
