Location: Westville, KwaZulu-Natal

There is an exciting opportunity available at a prestigious financial services concern located in KwaZulu-Natal for an Afrikaans speaking Contact Centre Consultant.

Qualifications and Experience:

Completed Grade 12 certificate
Working experience in a call center or customer service environment
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Required language proficiency (Afrikaans)
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
Strong data entry and typing skills
Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
Stable career track record and previous employment references will be required.
