SUMMARY:
JOB PURPOSE: The incumbent will be responsible for payroll administration by verifying and ensuring that data quality of documentation is consistent and compliant with the DRC legislation.

POSITION INFO:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

BCOM Degree or similar
10 year’s experience in Africa PAYROLL specifically in DRC
French speaking will advantageous.

Key responsibilities:

Validation of written employment contracts prepared by HR - Check all crucial information and legal compliance before they go for signature

Validation of RESIs - Check that the information is compliant with job classification, scales and approval matrix before they go for CFO signature

Validation of staff changes before they go to CFO signature

Control of absenteeism information - Documentation, approval

Control of overtime and underground presence - Documentation, approval

Validation and consolidation of information captured in Sage X3 before it goes to payroll

Driving structured and safe saving/archiving of all above documentation

Ensuring full compliance of above in terms of legal requirements, company rules, policies and procedures

Establish a regular reporting on all controls made

Establish and update related policies and procedures

Optimize processes in place

Support HR with labour plan template design and validation prior to submission for budget preparation
