POSITION INFO:

An established Wealth Manager is looking to fill an Advisory Assistant role.Â

The Advisory Assistant provides administration and support to the Advisors in relation to client relationships.

The role is based in Cape Town.Â

Â

Some key areas of focus are:

• Client Communication
  • Follow up on various instructions and attend to client queries
  • Contact clients to request documents, schedule meetings, send reports
  • Attend client presentations and events and interact with clients
• Â Administration
  • Prepare client documentation
  • Build bespoke Financial Analysis for prospects and clients; compile investment proposals
  • Load clients onto the system; track and monitor system
  • Manage the diary of the wealth manager; generate agenda/minutes for client meetings
  • Constantly updating FICA and FAIS
• Calculations
  • Perform calculations in terms of fund allocation
  • Basic tax calculations and seek tax directive
• And more

Experience & Requirements:Â

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Investment Management / Financial Planning / Accounting / Tax / CFP
• 3-5 years'' experience, preferably in wealth management / paraplanning
• Client service orientatedÂ
• Good communication & analytical skillsÂ
