Administrator to Branch Manager (Umhlanga)

Our client is seeking an Experienced Administrator who has Financial Service industry experience of 1 to 3 years. The ideal candidate is someone who understands working with Executive management and the requirements of dealing with their clients.  

Are you experienced in; 

• General office administration.

• Process and execute financial advisor and client instructions whilst adhering to operational processes and minimizing operational errors 

• Process and execute new client business submissions, pension investment transfers and monthly fund switches.

• Validate all types of instructions processed in the platform systems for quality, data integrity, accuracy, completeness and compliance with relevant legislation.

• Confirm and communicate all processed instructions to clients and financial advisors.

• Ensure client interactions are handled timely, courteous and in a professional manner with comprehensive and quality responses. 

• Arrange annual client meetings and prepare client portfolio summaries for meetings.

• Spoken communication is articulate. 

• Outcomes-focused approach and achievement orientated

Remuneration: 

• The salary will be market related, however, can be negotiated based on work ethic and credentials, demonstrated performance and experience
