JOB DESCRIPTION:

Administrator -  Table View - R10 000 Per month, negotiable.

Stores admin

Check, label and receive stock

  • Capture stock invoices
  • Generate order as per reorder levels
  • Follow up on reorder purchase orders
  • Issue stock to staff
  • Generate invoices for external stock sales
  • Stock takes (monthly)

Workshop and general admin

  • Capture and file Job cards
  • Charge external job cards
  • Monitor consumable availability
  • Issue uniforms and consumable items
  • Refreshment, stationery, and consumable replenishment
  • Control and issue tools to workshop staff

Ad hoc admin duties.
