Administrator - Table View - R10 000 Per month, negotiable.

Stores admin

Check, label and receive stock

Capture stock invoices
Generate order as per reorder levels
Follow up on reorder purchase orders
Issue stock to staff
Generate invoices for external stock sales
Stock takes (monthly)

Workshop and general admin

Capture and file Job cards
Charge external job cards
Monitor consumable availability
Issue uniforms and consumable items
Refreshment, stationery, and consumable replenishment
Control and issue tools to workshop staff

Ad hoc admin duties.
