SUMMARY:
Do you have excellent communications skills in Afrikaans and English and have five years strong administration experience working in a busy environment?

Our Client in the FMCG sector based in Somerset West requires your vibrant personality to join their administration team liaising with Clients and supporting the Management and the Sales team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 / Matric, relevant qualifications advantageous 
Computer Literate - Word and Excel
Experience with calculations for quotations
Bilingual (Afrikaans/English)
Confident, a team player who is well-spoken and presentable
Dedicated worker with ability to multitask and complete tasks timeously
                       
DUTIES:

Extensive client liaison
Managing all enquiries for clients needs
Manage all administration duties pertaining to various orders
Invoicing - checking calculations
Ensure all orders are taken down and checked for accuracy
Giving clients information on products and advising accordingly
Assisting Sales Representatives that are on the road dealing with clients
Complete administration duties required for Sales Reps
Managing and completing excel spread sheets
Managing various administration duties and requirements that come up to assist the department to run successfully
           
SALARY:  negotiable dependent on experience
