SUMMARY:
Do you have strong administration skills working as a right hand for an Insurance Broker  managing all office duties within the high paced Insurance Industry?
Our National client requires your professionalism to carry out all PA and administration duties required for a busy Insurance Broker .

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
Matric, own transport
Well spoken – fluent in English and Afrikaans
Good computer skills, MSWord, Excel and accurate typing skills
Methodical worker with attention to detail
Ability to use initiative and make decisions when needed
Hardworking and dedicated taking personal responsibility for duties
 DUTIES
Managing instructions on duties required within the portfolio daily
Handling all claims processes from beginning to end
Updating records electronic filing and diary systems to be maintained.
Manage new quotations, sourcing to be done
General office administration duties including filing, stationery orders, courier collections, Diary Management
Following up on manual payments and debit orders
Dealing extensively with clients on a daily basis on any queries or requests
Assist with reports required for head office
Personal Assistant and administrative duties
 
Salary: R12 - 15000   dependent on experience
