Our client based in Randburg , Johannesburg is looking for an Administrator / PA to join their dynamic team.

Requirements:

Matric
Tertiary Qualifications
MS Excel - highly competent
Exposure to a traditional marketing environment, such as a corporate marketing department or ad agency is a must
Confidentiality / reliability
Team player
Ability to work across projects and people
Experience running large budgets (Managing and updating working budgets)
Assisting the CEO/
General Office Management & Procurement
Support the Finance and client Support by making phone calls/ organising the house staff, Filing etc.
