Our client based in Randburg , Johannesburg is looking for an Administrator / PA to join their dynamic team.

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Tertiary Qualifications
  • MS Excel - highly competent
  • Exposure to a traditional marketing environment, such as a corporate marketing department or ad agency is a must
  • Confidentiality / reliability 
  • Team player
  • Ability to work across projects and people
  • Experience running large budgets (Managing and updating working budgets)
  • Assisting the CEO/
  • General Office Management & Procurement
  • Support the Finance and client Support by making phone calls/ organising the house staff, Filing etc.
