SUMMARY:
A well-established real estate agency based in the Northern Suburbs is seeking to employ an Administrator / PA that will work closely with one of the Directors. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive and use initiative in situations. The candidate should be organized, motivated and target driven.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

  • Booking appointments.
  • Corresponding with clientele.
  • Administration
  • Filling
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties where needed.
  • Manage diary and appointments.
  • Mange mailbox – corresponding to important emails.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 and tertiary qualification will be beneficial.
  • Reliable transport and valid driver’s licence.
  • At least 3 years working experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient on MS Office.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work afterhours when needed.
  • Passion for real estate.
