SUMMARY:
The University of Fort Hare seeks to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced candidate for the vacant position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND COMPENCEIS:
  • A Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Administration
  • At least one-year experience in Office Administration
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work extra hours when the need arises
  • Sound knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
    RESPONSIBILIES INCLUDE:
  • Provide administrative and organisational support to the Faculty Office
  • Ensures the smooth running of the School, amongst other to provide support to both school and student matters
  •  Be able to write minutes and handle all the office filing
  • Assist with logistical planning amongst other bookings of accommodation, transport and meeting venues
  • Respond to enquiries from staff and students
