SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an Administrator within Client Solutions

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Profile
Support the business’s client portfolios
Demonstrate a clear understanding of the client's portfolio, including risk awareness, GFSC rules, regulations and Guernsey Company Law, and contractual and statutory obligations
Support the business in the on-boarding of new clients and entities
Assist with projects for existing clients
Adhere to Risk & Associated Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation in regards to on-boarding of new clients and entities
Ensure invoices are raised and monitor the cash collection process in relation to projects
Monitoring the inbox for the Client Solutions team and allocating tasks to team members
Arranging meetings for the team, for client business acceptance, and general-purpose committee meetings as required
Assisting the team to ensure the document management system and database are up to date
Closedown or Transfer process for outgoing clients
Awareness and adherence to contractual and statutory obligations under the Group’s policies, procedures, and guidelines
Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures
Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent
Relevant Degree
