SUMMARY:
Our client in Rustenburg is currently looking for a temporary (maternity leave) administration Buyer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The period of employment will be from July/August to around January 2023

Primary Responsibility:
-           Buyer
-           Order Expediting
-           General Office Admin
Secondary Responsibility:
-           Grow into a supportive role in Debtors
-           Support internal sales with when need arises

Experience and Qualifications Required:

- Ideally have 3-5 years’ experience in office administration
- computer literate in MS Office & Sage (Pastel) Evolution
- good communication skills and a good employment record with contactable references
- must be accurate with numbers
- must have the ability to build good rapport with suppliers and team members
- must be neat and organized
- ability to problem solve
- process driven
- valid EB driver's license and own transport
- no criminal records
- ability to work under pressure at times
