SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for one of our clients that specialises in asset management and management of their properties. The successful candidate will come with 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

3 - 5 years’ experience in an administrative role.
Essential: Matric.
Beneficial: Relevant tertiary qualification.
Beneficial: Experience in asset management, property as well as rental and sales.
MS Office, extensive knowledge in Excel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Administrative duties.
Managing estate agents.
Management and marketing of properties.
Handling of contracts, making sure they are filled in correctly.
Performing credit checks.
