SUMMARY:
Are you immediately available to take on a 4 month contract in Montague Gardens? Our client requires a well groomed and spoken candidate who has experience managing order processing, quotations and various general administration duties.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, additional qualifications advantageous

Own transport

Experience working with stock highly advantageous

Good Financial acumen

Clear telephone voice with good communication skills

Ability to work within a team assisting all round where needed

Computer Literate

 

DUTIES

Answering incoming calls

Dealing with clients enquiries

Managing and processing of orders for clients  

Quotations

Service Call logging

E-maintenance orders processing

Picking, packing and prepping courier deliveries

Overseeing cleaning and manage supplies required

Dealing with Stock requisitions

Technician spares assistance

Liaising with courier for orders needed

Maintaining filing system for client files

 

Salary: R10 – R15000 dependent on experience
